Law enforcement training should be focused on the probability, not the possibility.

Course Description

Designing Training Programs Based on Agency Needs is a two day course designed for law enforcement instructors and instructor supervisors, tasked with training law enforcement officers.  The program’s focus will be on the development and implementation of training programs, specifically scenario based programs that utilize all force options, to best prepare their officers. Students will be taught how to design and compose their own scenarios, that include the necessary minimum components.  The program will also discuss implementation of basic and complex training programs, including but not limited to:  Active Shooter Response (ASR), Emergency Vehicle Operations (EVO), Pursuit Termination Techniques (PTT), and Crisis Intervention Team (CIT).
