Leadership for Police Supervisors

Course Description

Leadership for Police Supervisors is a three day leadership development program designed for both newly promoted police supervisors and police supervisors who wish to enhance their leadership abilities while assigned to patrol, corrections, investigations, or other law enforcement assignments.  The program focuses heavily on human behavior within the scope of the law enforcement mission and the leader’s interaction with cultural norms.  The concept of “the reasonable man theory” is the foundation of all leadership decision making.
